Award-Winning Chef Brings Globally-Influenced Burgers to 4th Street Market

Ready for some exciting OC food news? SmörBurger just brought their globally-influenced burgers to the newly revamped 4th Street Market. From Chef Joe Youkhan comes SmörBurger, an approachable burger joint with a craveable and eclectic menu.

Chef Joe Youkhan (Food Network’s “Chopped” Champion, Featured Chef in Best Chefs of Orange County ‘05, Creator of Orange Coast Magazines, “Top 50 dishes of all time”, Ritz Carlton Five Star Award Recipient, and more) has set out to provide SmörBurger’s guests with an affordable and approachable menu featuring high-quality burgers and hand-cut fries. All of their burgers include two fresh certified Angus beef patties and artisanal house-made toppings served between garlic-herb Portuguese buns.

“Ultimately, I want to combine my chef’s perspective with fresh, globally-influenced ingredients to create (from scratch) some mouth-watering comfort food,”  said Chef Joe Youkhan.

At SmörBurger you can enjoy mouth-watering comfort food in the form of Chef Joe Youkhan's two favorite things: burgers and fries. Each burger comes with two patties and an impressive lineup of varietal ingredients. Enjoy an Italian-influenced burger featuring mortadella and fresh basil, a Southwest-inspired burger with charred jalapeno guacamole and tequila lime aioli, or just keep it simple with American cheese and pickle-topped Classic Cali.

With a variety of freshly prepared sides and the average price point per item at SmörBurger being only $10-$15, more than one visit to this 4th Street Market window will definitely be a must.

The 4th Street Market team has continued to implement and follow numerous health and safety measures to ensure the health of their visitors, such as extra cleaning, public exterior-facing doors to minimize touching, separating tables (including cutting all the large patio tables in half), requiring both employees and customers to wear face coverings while indoors, public-facing hand sanitizing stations, and more. Also, please note that face masks are required to visit the market day-of and/or enjoy al fresco dining.

201 E 4th St. in Santa Ana.
